To double jump press jump (space) and roll (middle mous button) at the same time, the press space again at the higest point to jump in the air. If u can't perform it just spamm space after you "roll-jumped".

I accually don't know if you move faster if you do that but it might be usefull to perform longer jumps or to doge some attacks.
