2 white loads weren't removed by my load remover so I have framecounted them (with a video attached) and this happens in the levels:

Papu Papu (at 29:41) for 2.75s Polar Pass (at 38:12) for 2.9s

And for added clearance: Citadel Load (at 48:51) for 8.55s

Total = 14.2s in unaccounted load times

Mod note: removed podium RNG timeloss -32.6s (4 good/7 average/5 bad)
