I hate the tedious nature of civ 5 world congress and the random nature of tourism and culture, so I decied to remove the DLC entirely with this run. This allows me to do the United Nations diplomatic victory, but unfortunately also forces me to do the very tedious cultural victory, requiring 5 full culture trees to build the Utopia project.

Thankfully the ai wont declare war on you in any case, allowing you to wait until you build up enough culture to get the 3rd victory type. Just finish off with a nuclear apocalypse to finish off the domination victory.
