I started the timer half a second early due to co-op delay and the banner shows up when the timer is at 12:40.96 so our time would be 12:40.46

mod edit = It might be 460ms but from my frame calculations, its 467ms 1162 - 23976 (22814) @ 30fps Total Time = 12m 40s 467ms
