Info given by Sawyer "Buffer R+A (full jump) Gives D5 Flashing. Then full jump on frame 103 at the very edge ot the blocks before you see the 2 koopas (Gives C4 Flashing). Then go through the level normally untill the elevator part. You want to run off the elevator and the blocks next to it. Then B press like you want to get D70, on the ground (Gives F7, setup for ffpg) Then make your way to the end of the level and full jump on frame 066 (Gives D70 to the pole) then do pole inputs (L L L L+A)"
