1-1 FFPG Setup

"Buffer R+A (full jump) Gives D5 Flashing. Then full jump on frame 103 at the very edge ot the blocks before you see the 2 koopas (Gives C4 Flashing). Then go through the level normally untill the elevator part. You want to run off the elevator and the blocks next to it. Then B press like you want to get D70, on the ground (Gives F7, setup for ffpg) Then make your way to the end of the level and full jump on frame 066 (Gives D70 to the pole) then do pole inputs (L L L L+A)"

Niftski's 1-2 FFPG Setup

- Buffer a fulljump while holding D+R
- Complete the rest of the level without slowing down*
- Do a D70 top step FFPG

This is an easy setup, though it of course requires finishing the level without slowing down, and it gives first frame 325, barely avoiding 6 fireworks. This is also the current fastest setup aside from mavpoling.

*In the tunnel part where you normally have to fall down into a hole and jump out to avoid an enemy, if you do a 1 frame jump on the last frame before Impos falls off, you'll bop the enemy, allowing Impos to pass through without slowing down.
