The is a community running a challenge like this:

Rat Race Goals

Objectives:

Zombie kills = 50% Challenge Progress (1,000,000 Zombies is the Goal)

Outposts = 25% Challenge Progress (13 Outposts to Clear, List & Criteria Below)

Level 10 Skills = 25% Challenge Progress (35 Skills to Max Out)

Rat Race Rules

1. Avoid the use of exploits (cheats, duplications, glitches..ect) - Some exploits are hard to avoid but the goal is to avoid as many as possible & maintain an honorable run. (If you are unsure if something is an exploit, check #exploits-and-bugs or ask someone for clarification)

2. Use the listed settings. Mods are optional. Some mods have been approved or banned. Feel free to check for your favorite mod, or if it is not in the listing ask if it is ok for the rat race. There are reasons we ban certain mods, and we can give clarity.)

3. Stream the entire run. Offline runs are welcome to join but are not elgible for the board. (Twitch, Youtube, ect.)

4. Debug - Use of debug is permitted only for lethal bugs, or fixing with approval, if it can be proven not to be player error.

5. Ironman - One character and one world per attempt. Participants can retry as many times as they like, but fresh world each time. Permadeath mode. Random Seed.

6. Character Creation - Any combination of character traits & occupations can be taken in this challenge.

7. Win Condition - Achieving all 3 impossible tasks.

Criteria of 13 Outposts

These can be done in any order - you must clear the entire area. then each outpost requires : A Good Quality Bed, Sealed Entrances, Plumbed Sink, Power, 5000 Calories of Non-Perishiable Food, & A Spare Car ---------------------------------------------------------------------

• West Point South Church (Near police department)

• March Ridge Church

• Hog Wallow Forest Military Base (Fully clear! all the way to the bottom)

It have specific rules and a lot of potential.

That is a Herculean task. I appreciate the nod towards endurance which is essential for a good pz player, and difficult to include in a speedrun.

Since this seems like more of a %completion challenge, how would you assign points for skills?

( .25 × (total skill points/350)) or

( .25 × (skills at max/35))

There is already a file for the sandbox mode that have the different configuration already ready to go.

For a speedrun the time will be inverted or it will be sumarized wit the videos in lives.

So a verification is possible and really easy to make
