Adding different spawn points categories
zir0nic also suggested it once, they would probably be bottom spawning and idk what name should we call the second spawn
There's no use for creating different spawnpoint categories.
It would be like starting a run way sooner then you're supposed to

Rules have been rewritten
I have edited and added on to the rules to make them easier to understand. If there are any runs that do not follow and/or break these new rules, please notify me.
(also yes, this is like the nine millionth moderator change)
