are there any version differences outside of just fixing that one crash at the end? ive been learning the route and i wanna get into this game once i get a capture card
I noticed the intro loading time is 2 seconds longer. But that's all I've noticed.
1.0.1 is about 40 seconds slower than 1.0.0 because of loads, chances are it'll get banned sometime soon, at the moment there's more of just a gentlemen's agreement to update for the sake of fairness
As far as I'm aware though, it's impossible to revert back to 1.0.0 correct?
@ConnorShika Maybe, if one is playing a physical copy, one can delete all game data for Dread, and then upon starting up said physical copy, not update it? Just a wild shot-in-the-dark guess, since I have no clue how it works.
You dould do that but physical 1.0.0 is way slower than digital 1.0.1
The only way to downgrade digital version is via CFW
@ClaireDiviner I experienced this with 1.0.1 - Switch game updates come with a verification 'ticket'. If the console knows the update ticket exists, it will force you to go through the update regardless of what you want to do. It seems like the only solution is to turn on Airplane Mode, and then you won't get any console or game updates, and then as soon as you turn it off, you'll get the ticket. I wonder if you can take the game card out, do your other updates, and then put it back in. Not sure on this.
well are the leaderboards based on rta or igt? if its igt then were all good but if its rta im on physical 1.0.1 so uh oh
