If you are really seriously considering running this category, I will call you one thing. And that's crazy. This category is nuts, and would be nearly 10 hours long as far as I can tell, assuming you do everything in one gaming session. I unfortunately am not at a stage in life where I have the ability to dedicate that much time to one run, yet alone grind all of the monsters in one sitting.

I think that fair rules are as follows:

- Time starts when you select your first campaign and ends when you collect the last monster

- You must collect ALL monsters in the game, collect being defined as the monster's photo exists in some state (available for adding to team, or unavailable) under the monster select screen.

- You must summon all 12 fusion monsters

- You must complete all 7 Ritual transformations

- You must item summon all Egyptian God monsters

- If the monster goes away due to ritual summon, the original monster that was upgraded still counts towards completion. You do not have to have all possible monsters available at the end of the game.

-- If this was the case, add another playthrough of Yugi story to get the Badlands monsters.

- Money cheat, IMO, should be enabled as you're looking at minimum of 6 hours just for any%-ing the base game at WR pace, and that's before we add two additional campaigns and getting all the monsters.

I would add on that an additional rule of having to grab the Dark Magician again and play through Yugi's story a 3rd time could also be a category that I would call something like "All Available Monsters" vs. "All Monsters", like this category would be. IMO, the payoff is so bad as to make this essentially pointless.

This will take, at minimum, 5 total campaigns, finishing in Kaiba's campaign (because it's the least number of missions to do.

- Make sure to fuse monsters when you are able to, and summon Egyptian Gods once able. Completing these adds a monster to completion.

- Play Yugi story (lv. 1) as intended in a casual hundo playthrough making sure to purchase the following ritual items:

-- 1x Cocoon of Evolution in Badlands (Tower-Sirius) for monsters from Kaiba's campaign. This is just beside Summoned Skull's base, and you have to buy multiply here anyways, so it's not too far out of the way.

-- 2x Call of the Grave in Crucial Battle (Liberate Phostenn beside your base) for monsters from Kaiba's campaign

-- 1x Black Luster Ritual as mission reward for Secret Power (Use on Gaia AFTER fusing it first).

-- 2x Metalmorph in Break Free (Ce-Reizo). This is where you're sending Mai to get the Second Harpie Lady anyways, so it's not out-of-the-way

-- Soul of Obelisk gained as a result of this story

- Play Kaiba Story (lv. 31) as intended in a casual hu ndo playthrough, gaining Slifer's Orb

-- Ritual Evolve Crawling Dragon, Zanki, Larvae Moth, Zoa as soon as acquired

-- Ritual Evolve Red-Eyes after completing its two fusions with Summoned Skull and Meteor Dragon.

Black Luster Soldier - Yugi (Hollowed Land of Ishtar) as you still need to fuse with Curse of Dragon and that takes at minimum one mission cycle to happen.

Dragon Zombie - Kaiba (Hand of Fire) you can ritual Crawling Dragon immediately based on the rules. Crawling Dragon rejoins the team on the second Kaiba playthrough anyways (in the 90s, level-wise!!!).

Zombie Warrior - Kaiba (Lord of the Forest) you can ritual Zanki immediately after acquiring him

PUGM - Kaiba (Dragon Lair) you can ritual Larvae Moth immediately after acquiring him in Bandits Again

REBMD - Kaiba (Surprise Attack) as you still need to fuse Meteor B. Dragon together prior to ritually making Red-Eyes inaccessible until Yugi 2

Challenge Mode Super Easy Guide (Harpie Ladies)

Heres how to get a good Challenge Mode Super Easy run.

1. Your monsters must have 1 of each Harpie Lady.

2. Equip the Red Harpie with 3 Red Medicines.

3. Equip the Yellow Harpie with equips to buff up the Harpies.

4. Equip the Blue Harpie with 3 Monster Reborns.

5. Spam the Special (Z) each turn until 1 of the equips is needed or until you run out of Specials, especially on Kaiba your gonna need the luck, if he plays Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, it's likely that you'll lose the Specials and also lose all the stars. (I got lucky and won whenever me and Kaiba ran out of stars.)

Tips

1. BE SURE TO WATCH YOUR HARPIE'S HPs IF THEY ARE LOW YOU NEED TO WAIT TIL HARPIE LADY RED'S TURN COMES IN TO USE RED MEDICINE ON THE WEAKEST HARPIE. IF YOU LOSE THE BLUE HARPIE(with Monster Reborns), YOU'RE SCREWED. IF IT'S YOUR TURN AND IF IT'S THE WRONG HARPIE, GUARD AND HOPE YOU GET THE RED OR THE BLUE HARPIE'S TURN(Whichever is needed.)

Falsebound Kingdom Kaiba Story No Money Cheat Notes:

Start the game.

Hand of Fire:
Gold: 1000

Menu Kaiba: Crawling Dragon, Hitotsu-Me Giant, Dark King of the Abyss

Capture all 3 bases, let Jussell take Seirauna. Gold should be 1700. Malairuka boss fight is 3 battles, 2 if there are critical hits. Post mission rewards 1150 Gold.

Bandits:
Gold: 3850

Menu Ryu-Kishin Powered to Kaiba’s middle slot for speed (fastest available monster) and attack purposes (400 more attack than HMG). Equip healing items.

Mission: Have Mokuba take Yortsun. Then send Marthis to Dyethruo and Kaiba to Phagttuon. The combined gold for capturing those bases is 1500 (Gold 5350). Bandit Keith is a 2 battle boss. Post mission rewards 1200 (Gold 6550). 

Surrounded:
Gold 6050

Menu: Equip more healing items to Kaiba’s team

Build an Anti-Ground Cannon at Enno (Gold 6000). Have Kaiba defend Enno and send Marthis to Dyovann. After dealing with the teams, send Kaiba and Mokuba (Discount ability plays) to Chittuhn. Gold should be 7350. Trader Union costs 900 (Gold 6,500). Buy 9 Black Pendants at 675 each (375 Gold). Send Kaiba to Nua Tua. Pegasus is a 3 battle boss (kill Parrot Dragon first). You get 500 Gold there (Gold 875). 1400 Post Mission Gold (2275). 

Framed: 
Gold 2275

Menu: Kaiba’s team is Snake Hair, Midnight Fiend, and Dark King. Equip with 2 Black Pendants and a Healing Item Each. Equip Bonz with Crawling Dragon, Ryu-Kishin Powered (3 BP), and Hitotsu-Me Giant. 

Build a barricade (Gold 1775) and have Kaiba defend Beyzon and send Bonz to Craw Valley. Then send Kaiba to Vrauson to defeat Marthis. 1200 Gold for capturing both bases. (Gold 2075). 1200 Post Mission reward (Gold 3275). This mission can be downright awful in terms of attrition and is very reset heavy since there’s a good chance Kaiba’s team dies to Marthis for the final boss fight. I decided to safe it out and mandate having healing items since I have more than enough action points to get through the gauntlet even with less attack. Marthis is a 1 battle boss due to Black Pendant’s effect of doing critical damage to Spellcaster type monsters (Marthis has 2 spellcasters and 1 fiend monster).  

Lord of the Forest:
Gold 3275

Menu: None

Send Kaiba towards Saxoss and Bonz towards Buhr-Tos, so they’re going in opposite directions. When all of Midnight Fiend’s circle is in forest, send Kaiba to Rasixthen. If you can capture Saxoss in time, it’s 500 Gold, but the strat isn’t tested yet, so I don’t factor it into gold count. Winning gets you 700 Gold (3975). Post Mission reward 1200 (5175). 

Lord of the Plains:
Gold 5175/5675

Menu: Add Labyrinth Ruler to your list of Marshals

Have Kaiba battle the closest moving team, then send him, LR, and Mokuba to I-Zerua. Liberating the base nets you 400 Gold (5575/6025). Build a Trader Union, costs 750 (Gold 4825/5325). Buy 6 Black Pendants for 4050 (775/1275) and 3 Legendary Swords for 375 each (??/150). When I ran this route, I didn’t have enough money to do everything so I may alter the routing to have Bonz’s team go straight after Rex at the jump of the mission since his team will have healing items.

Extra Note: In my 3:16 run, I did not execute this correctly and fell short of being able to pick up a Legendary Sword for Zanki and may have lost me close to 90 seconds in the run.

Sever the Supply Line:

Menu: Give Pegasus a team of Bickuribox (3 BP), Ryu-Kishin Powered (3 BP), and Zanki (3 LS). 

Send Kaiba northwest of Norvey. Even though Pegasus’ team is faster, it doesn’t have the same offensive capabilities that Kaiba’s team will have and having to do a 2nd battle is slower than sending a slower team. Build a barricade and have Pegasus defend Norvey and defeat the first team. Easy boss.

Full Scale Offensive:

Send Kaiba straight down from Van Lova. About halfway down, send him to Gigan-Syip although you’ll need the cursor to navigate him around the moving enemy teams. Easy boss battle for Kaiba. The reason for using Kaiba is the same reason as the last mission, faster because only 1 battle despite the slower moving team.

Crucial Battle:

Immediately build Ground Cannon. Then send Pegasus to Nonnber and have Kaiba defend Bustonn. Build a barricade next. Pegasus should have an easy fight against Haysheen, but the key is patience so healing items aren’t a problem. Axe Raider has Red Medicine, so you don’t want any enemy under 50% health until it’s 2 action points are used up. 

Aid from Afar

Send Pegasus northwest between two enemy teams. Have Kaiba defend Mariyah-Denn and build a barricade and healer (heal after the 3rd battle). Kaiba’s team will rip through the enemy teams quicker than Pegasus. Rare Hunter fight is tricky due to Monster Tamer having Blue Medicine so a cautious attack is important and make sure to kill Monster Tamer first. It might be a 2 battle boss, although it’s also possible to do it in a 1 battle kill if the attacks are executed right and/or a crit,  but the time saved with Kaiba defending and Pegasus’ faster team is worth it. 

Going the Distance

Even though Kaiba has more offensive firepower, it’s faster to use Pegasus in this fight, even on a 2 battle boss. Send Pegasus to Thor Mount, count to 4, then send him to Gigan-Syip. Use cursor mode to navigate Pegasus around the enemy teams (similar to NG+ route). Build a barricade at Tsughut just in case it is a 2 battle boss. 2 boss battle against Scott, but don’t attack his monsters recklessly due to the Embodiment of Apophis each having Red and Blue Medicine.

Raid

In this mission, you want Kaiba’s offense working against the eventual boss. Send Kaiba immediately then wait 10-15 seconds (count if you have to) to send Pegasus so Kaiba gets the 1st and 3rd battles. By this mission, you want Snake Hair above level 25 so her standard attack paralyzes. 

Bandits, Again

Menu: Switch Ryu-Kishin Powered with Midnight Fiend and vice versa

All 3 of Keith’s monsters have Red Medicine and Slot Machine has a crap ton of health and the most Action Points. Send Kaiba with Ryu-Kishin towards Bandit Keith, have Pegasus defend the base and build a barricade. Run from 2 fights. Paralyze Slot Machine first and slowly work down his monsters because Red Medicine could be a run killer if you can’t kill Keith in the first battle.  

Dragon Lair

Menu: Switch Ryu-Kishin Powered with Midnight Fiend and vice versa

Gauntlet Stage for Kaiba and Pegasus. Send Pegasus around the left side of the map and Kaiba along the right side of the map for the quickest routes. The only hard fight is Blue-Eyes at the end due to their high attack and action point totals. Send Pegasus along the left side of the mission and Kaiba on the right side. Make sure to paralyze Blue Eyes and slowly whittle down health until you can 2 shot one of them, which at that point you go for the kill. 

Guidance

Send Pegasus to Nonnber to beat Umbra. Make sure you maneuver him around Lumis’ team because an extra fight is unnecessary. Umbra fight can be tricky, Ryu-Kishin has Blue Medicine, and you can’t afford to waste attacks in order to land a 1 battle kill. 

Surprise Attack

Send Kaiba towards Shadow Forest until he’s underneath Twin Rivers. Send him north towards Twin Rivers, enough so he can avoid the moving teams in the mission. Then send him back towards Shadow Forest. This battle can drag on due to Parrot Dragon having a lot of health, but it’s a 1 battle kill for Kaiba against any boss at this point. 

Face-Off

Very easy mission, send Kaiba to Nua Tua (lock onto Yugi’s location). Paralyze Dark Magician and kill Dark Magician Girl on the first turn because Dark Burning Magic is a long attack in terms of time and does a crap ton of damage. Fight is easy because Yugi has 2 spellcaster monsters and those are automatic crits. 

Banishment

Send Ishizu and Kaiba to Dhornimouth Town (Ishizu first, so she plays the role of meat shield vs. Anti-Air Cannon at Sygh-Varths Gate) and about ⅔ of the way there then send them both towards Sygh-Varths. During that time, you should build and Anti-Air and Anti-Ground Cannon at your base with Pegasus defending. When the AA cannon goes off, replace it with a Barricade to increase your monster’s attack. Two easy sweeps. When Ishizu triggers the AA cannon at the Gate, move her out of Kaiba’s way so he’ll have a straight shot at Scott. Easy boss because his best monster and only source of pain, Cosmo Queen, is a spellcaster (you get the idea). Paralyze one of the Barrel Dragons on the first turn. 
Hallowed Land of Ishtar

Very easy: send Kaiba to Ishtar Gate. Buffer the input to send him to Ishtar but don’t mash until he gets to the Gate so he has a straight shot. Odion as a boss can linger longer than you’d like due to Embodiment of Apophis each having Red Medicine. 

Dream World

At this point, only Kaiba’s team is strong enough to sweep through opponents. Send Kaiba to Memory Bank A-2 and he does both fights. If health is low, heal there. Then move him around towards Terminal Bus. Boss fight is the 3 pieces of Gate Guardian: Make sure to kill Suijin on the first turn so Gate Guardian isn’t a thing.

Dark Spirit

Send Kaiba to fire Scott. On the first turn, paralyze the Serpent Nite Dragon that didn’t attack and kill Skull Knight. Paralyze the other Dragon and it should be smooth sailing for that fight. After the fight, we start the final boss: Level 1 Slifer. Slifer has 8700 health, but by now you already have a crap ton of Action Points, Midnight Fiend Poisons, and Snake Hair paralyzes. If Slifer uses Thunderbolt Summons and has more than 1200 HP, I recommend backing out of the fight, healing up and going at it again. Sometimes the game will behave and you can wail away uninterrupted to kill Slifer (happened in both my 3:43 and 3:36 PBs). 

Run Prediction:

Good Luck and RNG: 3 hours, 5 minutes (current WR is 3 hours, 7 minutes, and 25 seconds)
Average Luck and RNG: 3 hours, 15 minutes
Bad Luck and RNG: 3 hours, 25 minutes 

If you did a money cheat run, I think with this route you could easily Sub 3 Hours, which is why I think the run should have two sub categories. With Money Cheat and Without It because the difference is about 20 minutes, which is somewhat significant over a 3 hour run. 

My current PB when I submitted this guide is 3:11:46, Sum of best is 3:02:38 so WR is possible with this route, but a money cheat route can easily Sub 2:50.
