After a long session of testing, I did found a not-really-but-close-to-consistent hole 4 skip. Mind, I did it on the lowest quality which is why the images are so low-res. And some ways in which I determine specifically where to put, can only be seen on that quality.
- This is a zoom on the right-most edge of the hole. Put around the area of the black circle.
I determine it by putting the cursor on the sixth ridge from the right, which can only be seen on the lower quality. After a successful put, the ball should be somewhere here.
- Put in such a way, that this black rectangle (which is supposed to come down from the left edge of the arrow), Is very slightly to the left of the flagpole.
Unfortunately, both puts need to be very precise. While it's not perfect, it is the best setup I could have came up with. I can do it about 50% of the time (in a reasonable time period). Hope this will help somebody!

The way I did it in my PB was I just eyeballed the two puts in hopes of it working.

I've found an alternate method, while it isn't a 2-shot skip, it's nearly as fast.
Drop your cursor straight down from the very rightmost corner of the conveyor belt until you hit the bottom of the burgundy bit of the island. You should be end up in an area similar to if you used the method that terter described.
Next, hold the cursor near the ball so the arrow registers, and then click on the very top of the middle-most wonder (the last wonder before the conveyor belt). Should get through the gap ~40-50% of the time.
Just finish the level normally. Saves at least five seconds over the normal route.
