Incomprehension in the any% rules

I was wondering what does "all problems solved (no startups)" means. Do we really need to complete all the tasks except the startups ? In that case isn't the rule "All Problems Solved" not adapted for any% ?

In theory a TRUE 100% would be Gold Medals in all puzzles and finishing all startups. There is currently no category for a true 100% run.

Any% is completing all problems but not gold medal. Now that I think about it, maybe it is not the best name for that category. Full Scrooge Run is the true any% as you only complete the problems necessary to complete the game.

If you can think of a better category name than "any%" then I'll gladly change it :D

Maybe you could name it "All problems solved" which is the real goal of the run.
