The strat itself: The drown start uses water and the drown mechanic to kill yourself without the need of an enemy or friend to shoot you.

Theoretical best time: It's not possible to get the best times with it as it takes 5 seconds from the entry of the tank into the water to even start the drowning process which by itself takes about a second more, so an absolute maximum time is about 6 seconds and a bit (to drive to the water), however, that is good enough to surpass the current WR in both modified and stock sub-categories (as of 21.6.2022).

Best map and vehicle: Berlin is the best map for this specifically if you get the northern spawn, as with it you can spawn on the edge of the river and just jump in and start the drowning count down (5 seconds) almost immediately.

As for a vehicle, any relatively fast and somewhat short vehicle would work, the reason we want a short vehicle is so we can tip the tank over and fall into the river faster.

NOTE: The R3 may be a tempting pick, however, it won't work as the R3 is amphibious, meaning it cannot drown.
