TL;DR
-press r+enter on the same frame, teleporter dialogue will come up and you will hear death sound
-navigate to exit location
-if going to lab or warp zone, hold right and spam flip
-if going to ss2 or tower, spam until screen transition, hold flip until you see viridian, when you see him spam flip
