Equipment stacking glitch

There is a glitch that occurs when playing older versions of the game (see resources for link to older version). If you discard an equipped item and then pick up an item of a different type (types as in weapons, earrings, tail accessories etc), the game auto-equips the new item, thus allowing you to equip multiple of any item type (max 5). However, stacks are reset when you try to equip any of the "fake" items.

Things you should know before starting a Vulpin Adventure Speedrun

I just wanted to make an outline of things that not a lot of people know about this game that can be helpful to know during a speedrun.

- Item boost stacking glitch exists
(Check the Guides tab for more info).

- The secret boss can only be accessed on certain sites
When running with Ruffle, colors and effects (such as HP, mana, & money) are displayed incorrectly. (~InuSayaka#7086)
(Check the resources tab for a link to the site)

- On some websites, lightdragons will appear as darkdragons
(This is only significant for the 100% run category)

- The higher your defense stat, the more hp recovered when using a healing move
(This is actually mentioned in the help menu on the game accessible from the main menu)

Tips for 100%

Just wanted to post some tips for anyone doing an 100% run. For starters, getting all of the colors can be quite time consuming. However, all of the brushbeasts can actually spawn in Bright Cloud, so grinding in any other area is unnecessary. Also, if you die, it’s faster to buy banapples rather than pet to raise happiness. Also note that you will need 350 shards by the time you leave Darklight Castle. Grinding for Sunburst and Lunar Rain is much easier once you have the Gold Ducky Spoon, and you should probable have HP, defence and attack maxed before fight Monsier Ducky. Hope this helps (if anyone still plays this game…)!
