We couldn't just let Virtua Cop 2 sit unplayed when Virtua Cop 1 got the run. MAME recently got both of these games working at near perfect run speed, and its a great thing because Virtua Cop is one of the best lightgun games in the arcade. High action, high octane, with some awesome cutscenes, boss fights are slightly better in this game. The game itself sold well, with over 7000 cabinets being sold worldwide. It also got a Saturn release.
