Can I submit a picture of the end screen if I forgot to record?

Hi speedrun.com community, I just wanted know how I could effectively track IN game time on a multiplayer server, as Live Split doesn't seem to work properly. I also wanted to know if Minehut Servers are illegal for Co-Op Minecraft RSG 1.16+.
