Also does the "new" 3ds make any difference for this run?

So i want to start running this game im just curious if you play on a patched version of the game and if it so is there a specific patch i should update to?

The Unpatcher zip in resources is corrupt (tried downloading multiple time with multiple browsers, i always seem to have this problem with MEGA)

i am brand new to oblivion speedruns and really want to give them a try

Any Chance of a reupload on a different site maybe?
