Florida, USAIn the latest season of Subway Surfers, a record-highest x14 multiplier can be obtained through Crew Bonus alone. Combining that x14 with x30 base multiplier, x5 permanent purchasable multiplier, and x3 weekly character bonus yields x52 as the maximum possible multiplier without hacking/editing files. As such, this new max multiplier is allowed for runs in the P2W score categories, effective immediately.
Please note: Runs that contain Mystery Power-Ups from Mystery Mondays max out at x49 multiplier, since the x3 from the weekly character bonus does not exist on Mondays.

Looking at your run notes, the old maximum score used to be x38. However, SubSurf would later change that maximum by season, but some seasons have higher maximum score than others. To account for this, we use x38 as a constant that you should be able to reach on nearly any season, and have x39+ as a separate score category to account for in-game max multipliers (so far, x50 is the highest legitimately possible without score boosters).
@Mustarda I'm seeing the forum and I saw this submitted run without in-game audio. Was your argument that this was run prior to the rule's implementation?
