Pretty sure SRC has no spammer system in place apart from people who submit troll runs, as for the corner in co-op runs iirc it was a rule for all runs but then got changed to solo only later on, Also we have a lot of runs in the queue so don't worry if your run doesn't get accepted after a day or two, we will get to it eventually.
we were talking about this and there is a high likelihood of it being added, just not right now since the submission rate would probably be higher than normal.
