any games where the timing ends on a particular frame, fps unlocker should be banned. timing in Win - Private Server ends on the frame the teams are eliminated, so i think fps unlocker should be banned.

I don’t think that FPS Unlocker is allowed, because if it was allowed it would give a PC advantage in the Win - Private Server categories.
