yea
contrary to common sense, deleting a category doesn't actually remove its runs from the database - they still count towards the sidebar on your profile page, and if you manage to find the url to them you can still edit them. is there an easy way to find all of these runs so i can delete them and make the number accurate again?
Editing a run or submitting a new run where the player does not have an account on SR.C no longer works. Pressing the Submit button simply does nothing. Pls fix
My runs that have the splits i/o field filled out no longer show splits under the video. Is this a mistake or intentional? I really liked it before lol
It seems that every time on the website that was ran RTA is now internally recognized as "Time without loads."
Every game in my mod hub said "Real time without loads" as its timing method which I thought was odd, so I ran an experiment on one game:
- Tick "separate load times"
- Notice that every time on the leaderboard is in the "Time without loads" column and the "Time with loads" column is blank.
- Change the default to "Time with loads"
- Notice every recent run has a time of "none"
what the fuck lmao
When editing a game theme, if I try uploading a transparent gif as the 1st place trophy image, it becomes a still image with a black background. Is this a feature that was removed or am I missing a step? - it works properly in existing games.
I'm not a Minecraft speedrunner, but I do have a question regarding the boards: what exactly is the goal of the "Any% - Time Travel" category, before I make any assumptions? To an outsider it really looks like a run that just abuses the autosplitter in Livesplit, nothing to do with fast strategies in-game, so this category has me very confused since it's being represented as the fastest any% completion of the game.
I feel like "Any% no box warp" and "Any% box warp" should be addressed with more consideration.
The "box warp" exploit requires that you have collected a certain amount of tokens before starting the run. As such, doing this trick wouldn't fit into a traditional any% definition which generally assumes you're starting fresh into the game.
As such, in my opinion, "Any% no box warp" should simply be called Any%, and "Any% box warp" should be treated as a new game plus. The latter category could be renamed to "Any% NG+" or something similar if this were the sentiment given to the exploit moving forward.
