If you name your character certain sequences of random letters, you start with special armor, weapons, boosts, jokes, etc. Cheat codes were not mentioned in the 'View Rules' menu.

All of the categories should add something describing if cheat codes are allowed in them. Maybe cheat codes could be a separate category, but I don't think that they should be in Any%.
