for the latter, you have to freeze your rocket launcher, jump up while hugging the wall, then place a rocket near the peak of your jump. it shouldnt be too high up the curve.
after that, you have to back up to the other wall, then dive (jump then slide immediately after). when you reach the rocket, release the dive. it may take a few attempts to get it down, but it is really simple.
which oob specifically? the arch clip or the one after the first checkpoint?

as for nomo, gabriel just doesnt spawn due to "disable enemy spawns"
pretty self explanatory
the strat is:

punch the coin into the ground 3 times

deadcoin 4 times

punch the coin 3 times into Gabriel while charging up the slab piercer

shoot the coin with slab piercer, then shoot the coin immediately after with an electric rail to ricoshot both of the hitscans
should kill, if not then just do an srs combo (shoot cannonball then punch it into gabe
at least before 16d, the way to do this was to checkpoint before the explosion hit you, so that the speed was applied to you after checkpointing (i think).
now its apparently much harder than before, but i have yet to try it, so i cannot confirm this.

I'm pretty sure the rocket needs to be high enough along curved ceiling for it to work. Once the rocket is in place you dive into the rocket, and release the dive right before reaching it.
im pretty sure that when you release slide right before hitting the wall it bugs you slightly into the ground
then you just spam slide
