Canada@8140 What about hold speed dao, is it the same as with stack/flat hgb?
like if I upload a run with 6b dao into the main hold speed dao category is it valid?

I think 6b dao would be an interesting distance category since they are very hard to chain infinitely. Usually, when doing 6b daos you loose too much momentum to keep doing only 3 block jumps unless you execute them almost perfectly. That being said the normal "hold telly" category would remain the same and 6b daos could still be used in it, just like when staircase hgb was added (staircase hgb can still be used in a normal hgb distance run, but the staircase category extension has to be ONLY staircase hgb).
@8140 5b dao just means normal dao (3 block tellies with cha cha in between)
There should be a distance category extension for normal 5b dao (and maybe 6b dao).
