hey guys i love watching speed runs and have decided to give it a try myself. since this is a game im very familiar with from childhood i wanna learn this game. my problem is that i can beat the game all day long, but when i try to speed run im dying like crazy. Any tips for a beginner? ive watch sinister's tutorial but i think its a little too advanced. also ive though about trying to emulate so i can practice certain parts it die alot at but dont know the 1st thing about emulating. Or should I start by speedrunning on easy and work my way up to hard? or just stick with hard mode?

so im thinking about trying to start speed running tmnt 4 turtles in time. im a little unclear about the rules for the speed run. can i change the amount of lives i get in the settings?

so ive been watching speed runs for awhile now. ive decided to start myself, im wanting to try tmnt 4 turtles in time. my question is this. in the rules it says that it has to be on hard and it tells when the timer starts and stops, but in the option screen were you change the difficulty level you can adjust how many continues and lives you get. Can i run with max lives and max continues? the rules dont say
