Well, what have you tried doing to fix it? Have you tried running in compatibility mode? Reinstalling? Using different drivers? Fiddling with the graphics settings?

This bug seems to be exclusive to you, since a quick Google search tells me nobody else has had it yet - start looking for fixes, and we can potentially suggest others, but I'm completely sure the issue is on your end.
