Any% is completing the game (touch the UFO), plus it was sort of a joke category.
Making New Game + and 100% separate categories is pointless.
Personally, I'm not a big fan of this idea because I don't want this to turn into another bhop map, so yeah.
AGhostCalledScotty does bring up a good point with his run/protest. I highly doubt we can meet halfway, so all runs that do not hit all checkpoints will be deleted. My apologies.
I don't think anyone can pass 2 minutes and 44 seconds unless someone discovers some crazy skip.
Actually, this is a stupid question. As of now, all runs with items used during when the timer is running will be rejected.
Theoretically,, you could just use a path or something to skip to each checkpoint.
I think we forgot about it, and then everyone started skipping spawn points. I'll delete the rule.

For the sake of easy measurement, we will use 3 milliseconds per frame.

Actually, the one day thing is pointless, you can just resubmit the time w/ the video.
Plus, runs that have just random links instead of videos will be deleted.
If more problems with possible fabricated runs appear, I'll be forced to enable verification.

However, here is the bad news. All runs that do not have a video will be deleted. This is because you cannot fabricate times, and is unfair to others. However, I will give you one day to post a video supporting your time.
