how long shouldd i freeze i got it to be launchedd forward just it goes too much or too low

for some reason i kept getting flinged backward or launched up no matter what i do even following the guide

if i speedrun all chapter and i died in one map i reset in that map i died or i reset the whole run or other

my laptop is slow it would take like 1 minutes to load a world can i speeding up the creating world screen

Ok heres a thing im banned in hypixel for a year and i dont wait a whole year just to speedrun it so can i use alternatives like a copy crack minecraft server that straight up just copy the whole thing

or i should just wait a whole year then speedrun it edit:actually im banned last year so i just need to wait like 2 or 3 month
