Room 13 you can jump off of the piston before activating it to get just barely close enough to activate the 2nd switch

Room 19 you can jump off of the 1664 card reader up to the 1331 card

Room 23 you can jump off of the box (if placed correctly) up to the piston

Using all of these you should be able to get a 3:55

rooms 13, 19, and 23 have some tricks that you could use which can potentially save time, however they feel very rng to get consistently.

7, 12, 13, 15, 17, and 23 are the main areas where this run can be improved
