I haven’t done an NG run on Inferno, but I have submitted a run for NG+ Inferno. Pending approval.

The time spent taking the bite pays off. Jill and Carlos both will move faster when in Caution as their hobble has a longer stride than their normal jog. Over time it adds up in time saved.

I just shaved 41 seconds off of an NG+ Inferno run by using this on Xbox.
