So can I never request a game again? Or is there something I’m still not understanding?

I requested a game and apparently it doesn't consider an email as a "form of contacting" me, so it got rejected. Obviously, that's a pretty easy fix, but it's not letting me request a new game. Is there some sort of timer to request again, or is this my punishment for not having suitable contact information?


Then again, could I not just create a new account on this site and request from there?
