@Winter_Doggo Thanks! 4U has been my number 1 favorite game for years now. Absolutely love it!
@Pear I agree, MK7 is an awesome game. That and MKDS are my favorite Mario Karts.
I’ve considered learning to run it but that also goes for like 50 other games lol. Maybe someday.
Hello, my name's Enzo. I've had this account here for 2 years, but I've never submitted a run or anything. I've been watching runs for years and have been casually speedrunning certain games since before I found SR.C.
Some games I run, like NSMB2, RE:DS, and Dementium II DS, are already listed here on this site. However there are many games I've developed runs for that aren't listed here. The CoD games on DS (which have nothing to do with the mainstream CoD releases, they're basically PS1/N64 style FPS games), Ridge Racer DS, The Keep, and a few others. I'm going to try requesting they be added, but it's taking a while since I've never shared my runs before. I've had to make a youtube channel and figure out a recording setup so I can submit the required video run with the requests. Once I figure out all this stuff I'll be submitting times for several games.
Anyways, just thought I should introduce myself here since until now I've only been lurking!
Hello, my name is Enzo. I've been watching speedruns for a long time and have been watching leaderboards here for a couple years, but I've never officially submitted a run. There are several games I casually run, but a few in particular are within the Call of Duty series and aren't currently listed on this website. I was going to submit some requests for these games but read that I'm supposed to first ask the series moderators if they want to add the games themselves. I'm not really sure who to ask, so I figured I'd just post here.
The Nintendo DS Call of Duty games (except for cod4) are what I speedrun. Specifically, Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Mobilized, Call of Duty: Black Ops, and Call of Duty: MW3 Defiance. The confusing thing about them is that they share the names of their home-console/PC counterparts, despite having almost nothing in common with them. They aren't ports of the main games, they're completely standalone releases. They're essentially PS1/N64-style FPS games (think late '90s era) with their own proprietary storylines, characters, settings, guns, maps, and zombies mode. Nothing is transferred over from the mainline games except for the "call of duty" name. The gameplay mechanics are completely different.
For these reasons, I'd like to have them added to the series as separate games. For example, Black Ops DS being separate from the regular Black Ops. Again, my reasoning is that they're completely separate games. Are there any series moderators interested in adding these or should I submit requests myself?
