Normally is this: 1 star: Easy, 4 stars: Normal/Medium, and 7 stars/8 stars: Hard
But unfortunately I don't know if this can be modified/defined in PS ports. (One exception could be Capcom Beat'em Up Bundle, the compilation-bundle of games can modify the difficulty of stars in PS4, but Cyberbots Fullmetal was not included in this bundle). If you can handle showing the dip switches for PS ports (PS 1, PS 3) it will be great.
Generally other option would be playing this game by using emulators like Fightcade, Mame for full Arcade mode.

By signing in, you must go to upload >> a mini-window appears so as to open the lss file, with the title of your livesplit, pointed out the name of that game you have played.
I only know the basic about uploading splits, I haven't figured out so far how is the method about letting other people have your splits, or the info of the run against you.

Very strange post, the way of introduction seems very mehhhh, that person has no gaming topic (speedrunning stuff) in his facebook, no photos, no videos in relation to gaming.
Hello... 2 months have been passed for my pending runs (1 of them has 2 months) for the game Quiz and Dragons... I have done some messages thru Speedrun dot com explaining the situation and unfortunately there is no sign of response about verifying them.
