Further detail on the standard forward tech if it didn't make sense: Just before you jump, release w/forward, jump, then hold forward again. Basically the same thing you'd do for a super jump on slide or a bar boost.

Usually you lose some portion of your speed when you double jump. You can maintain this speed up to around +.27 by releasing 'w' when you jump OR (new) you can move sideways and maintain all of your speed by releasing either a or d (same as the forward tech but sideways). Makes for lots of really cool (but usually pretty hard) new strats. Example here: try joining the discord if you have questions, it's a lot easier to reach people there.
