Just a tip. It is POSSIBLE to go straight from the Windmill on the race course (first one) to the trampoline required to get the top entrance of the sewer area where you have to make the long jump across. I have no clue how however if someone can perfect that, it'll shave a good 20 seconds off the time plus skips the Intentional nudge into the laser.

EDIT: I have no clue how I did it, I assume it's something to do with the collision launching you unintentionally mixed with the Wings
