I notice in the all All Dungeons rules that "OoB (Out of Bounds) are not allowed". What is considered out of bounds in this game?

Is clipping though walls using the bridge/ladder item in the maze considered out of bounds?

Is clipping through the walls from remote changes considered out of bounds?

I need help syncing Live Split and Elgato (HD60) in obs. My livesplit is around 1.2 seconds ahead of elgato, and I can't seem to put a -1.2 second offset on elgato, nor can I buffer livesplit without buffering elgato as well. I'm not really sure what to do.
