We have just pushed an update with a few tweaks and a few improvements:

• Popovers are now triggered on hover on desktop. The tapping behavior remains on mobile.
• Popovers now don't wait to be fully loaded before showing up, but present a new intermediate loading state.
• The main action buttons ("View Profile" and "Message") have been redesigned and moved more towards the top of the popover.
• Various performance improvements, especially on mobile.

We're still planning on adding more customization options. In the meantime, feedback is always very appreciated!
