I found that the lock blocking the door from the red chimney room, if you back up and shoot the lock over the fence when you get there and go through that door it will despawn all the lycan in the area.

At the very least skips some combat and ladder climbing.

The skip before M18, I was under the assumption on CC only you needed to put the flare down to do the clip, but I had it happen to me where I just clipped through the door with no effort.

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but maybe this can be done consistently?

Please ensure you are using DIRECTX 11 when launching the game with this in the same folder, otherwise your game will likely crash.

I am still working out the enemy health since it changed a little since 2 but I should have that working again soon. Otherwise all functionality should be there and working.

I've release 1.0.13, this should fix enemy health issues.

Hi Friends!

After discussion with the mods and getting this in a better place I'm ready to share my work with the community.

This is an overlay for RE2 Speedrunners to assist with more ready information inside the game. You can find a link to the github repo here https://github.com/hntd187/RE2-Speedrun-Overlay This is ideal for people who do not have multiple monitors or do not want to take their eyes off the game while playing.

This work is based heavily off of preydog's work on the RE2 Framework the mod that allowed first person mode among other things. This is a fork of his work with most of the non-speedrun related things removed. All of the code I wrote is compatible with preydog's original RE2 Framework, but I don't plan on providing builds combining the two. In addition, the overlay adds a nanosecond clock at the top based on your played time, which should be helpful in verifying runs.

Got a 1.9gb patch today released for PC, basically removed all the glitching in the game. I can no longer do any melee jump skips or cover skips. Also the chapter 4 to 6 skip doesn't work anymore because of the melee fix. Guess glitched is impossible now.
