I don't have a capture card and the only method of me recording would be from my laptop's camera, and since using it while also having to play on the 3ds at the same time, would it be appropiate if I chose to also show the controller on camera? and If not is the rule on Streaming the screen from the 3ds to the pc still up? and if so then why?
