The time is 4:54.28, not 4:54.77.
The 1-2 clip has never been done in a way that saves the framerule.
4-2 is actually 2 framerules faster than the WR. The very fastest framerule doesn't really seem humanly possible.
The flagpole glitch setup is too slow to save the framerule in 8-1 (fast acceleration may also be required, idk).
The 8-2 framerule is just very tight and requires perfect play at the fast acceleration, the jump over the pipe in the middle, instant bullet bill shot and hitting it as early as possible. Probably not humanly possible.
8-4 saves time at the start of every (non-water) room and in the turnaround by fast acceleration (the 2 small jumps backwards) and general flawless play.

No sub-5 times on SRL, SDA or TG. It would be unlikely to find a sub-5 run not submitted here.
