Mainly what Snodeca said, there's too many small things that are very arbitrary to figure out whether they count as a glitch or not along with the fact that many can be argued both ways which keeps it as something we don't want to touch when it comes to setting up a category but of course you are free to run it like that! there's no obligation to do runs with various glitches it's just what you want to do!
