I am finally ready to release a beta of the trigger's i've been working on (and will continue to work on until i have made auto splitters for every dungeon). I have up to the Hullbreaker made, and I'd like to ask here first if anyone is interested in testing these. They're all working properly on my end and are super CPU friendly (they won't overload your cpu).

The only thing you need beforehand is ACT. Everything else i'm providing in this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1tEViFgNJtyVEGeIS94CWF7AyzB0w1gsL

Directions: Add the triggernometry plug-in into ACT. Import my TriggernometryExport Install LiveSplit (unzip it if you downloaded it from me). Open the correct dungeon (it will have categories posted in the title of the dungeon).

You can download a whole folder from google drive by rightclicking and choosing download.

I know that LiveSplit lss files are able to be kept on here, so how does one go about getting these suggested?

My nights have been long, but here is a snap of what i have currently completed and think is autosplitting correctly (via ACT). Working on brayflox right now with a better set up so hopefully i can start speeding up the creation of theses LiveSplit files so i can share them to the world.

has anyone suggested that the categories be reformatted in this structure (outside of the MSQ category)?

Solo - Synced Solo - Unsynced Coop - Synced Coop - Unsynced

Unsynced would mean that the minimum item level box isn't checked. Synced would mean that the minimum item level box IS checked. Solo means exactly that. Undersize has to be checked. Coop means a party (min. of two) is required. Undersize can be checked. The meta would obviously favor a full party.

Duties not eligible to be unsynced and undersized will eventually be able to sooner or later in a future expansion so it would cover future content as far as categories go. I saw someone suggest minimum item levels but i think they only suggested it for solo. I have a friend friends who'd help me achieve some golden runs for sync'd runs. Unsynced co-op runs i would assume will always be able to be broken upon new updates with new gear (so i can understand if this is not considered but the possibility of actually retaining activeness after every patch is there in my opinion).

Currently all records of all dungeon runs in solo are unsynced as far as i'm aware. As far as video proof to show what category is being ran, names are italicized in the party member list and they have a special icon next to the name: https://i.imgur.com/XMGI38A.png if it is synced so you would not even need to show what duty finder settings are checked.

A category for every job in my opinion would give too many categories. IMHO if your going to do a speedrun, your going to end up using a meta job, though the ability to be able to view by job would be great solution to this. This won't matter in co-op synced obviously.

ahh i see. okay cool. After these long two nights, I finally found global triggers that I have set to trigger my splits into livesplits. Will share after i get more testing done! I will (soon) hopefully get started on actually running instead of doing reg.ex botching, and I hope that the RTA is identical to the IGT (if not more accurate). thanks for the info so far!

Oh, i do have one more question: when does the timer actually considered to start/end? Does it start at this: https://i.imgur.com/x9HD4DD.png and end at this?: https://i.imgur.com/Nzu2xFm.png or does it end on kill of the final boss?

ahh perfect then. good rule needing video proof.

for the in game time, is there a way to make it display the seconds? I'm not sure how seconds are calculated since i can't seem to find the option to enable that in game.

also, regarding time; if you play on pc, I have finally done the first 3 dungeons' auto-splitter for LiveSplit + ACT/Triggernometry. I would love some feedback to see if i can even suggest it as a viable timer application to go alongside with IGT if you (or anyone) is interested. This is actually taken quite a while to make sure splits are sync'd properly just for those first 3. I can cut out the fluff and just get a start and end times as well. it works wonderful for me so far.

i see. i assume that is to let ps4 players submit times. fair. is RTA ever considered though? I'm currently writing up some reg.ex to autosplit for my runs via ACT to LiveSplits; should i ever finish, could i show it off here? I plan on finishing dungeons with in the next 24 hours at least.

I know for other games being ran, is there any video requirements needed?

also, now that i checked it out, i usually run capped ilvl runs for parties so i guess this is a bust for me unless (i assume) more people want such categories? if so i've love to add my vote to that

Hello!

I used to time my own runs a while back, but never submitted anything to any website. I have a few questions on the rules and regulations, along with some minor technical questions.

What categories are there for dungeons? I would assume: Solo, Party, Solo (min iLvl/(capped) synced), Party (min iLvl/ (capped) synced).

New content which isn't capped aren't recorded, right?

Has someone set up LiveSplit to autosplit times for any content yet?

Where are the rules for submission? (completely new to forums, forgive me for my ignorance)
