You can; I doubt online would work, but you can download older versions from SteamDB (https://steamdb.info/depot/382561/manifests/ assuming Windows). There are a lot of guides explaining how to use it, so I won't go into further detail here -- Google "downpatch steam game steamdb".

Yes, it's been a while, but, afaik it happens when you've played as Clank in that playthrough already. Before Veldin day-to-night skip was found, we restarted the game in Phoenix, due to having to play Quartu as Clank in the beginning.

You have to gain bars after pressing Quit Race, and they'll carry over. So for Kalebo III you want to spin around in the spot I did in my video (I think...) and then you'll have full bars once you restart

So I saw this game on the front page of speedrun.com, and decided to try the flash version. I was trying to figure out optimal jump timing, but while mashing jump I got a REALLY high jump compared to usual. I was playing in level 3, and jumping from spawn I managed to go so high everything but my foot was off-screen. It's fairly inconsistent though. https://imgur.com/Sttv7iZ

Yeah, some things are patched on 1.07. If you mean going to the Trespasser in NG+, then you must be doing something incorrectly - 1.07 is optimal for NG+, but slower for all the other categories.

Destroyer glitch isn't savefile specific, so you don't need to worry about that. Not going to go too into detail about it, but if you join the community Discord server there should be people willing to help you out. Should be able to find a link in the resources here, or the forum.

You may be aggro'ing some of the amoeboids in the maze, in which case you have to kill those too. I forget if sheepinator counts as a kill, been a while since I played.

Normally dismounting from the scooter gives you a little hop, but switching hats doesn't. So the movement there is scooter up the hill, switch hat, then dive and slide down. Hope it helps, and welcome!

Side note: Polish only works on PAL (EU) versions of the game. Either way it doesn't matter very much, just a second or two timesave. I'm not entirely sure what aiming mode is (been a while since I played), but I think I play on standard.

Yes, it got patched. You can revert to 1.0 via the Steam beta (right click game in library -> Properties -> Betas tab -> choose 1.0)

Open the console, then type "enablecheats" and press enter, then type "fullyrestartlevel" and press enter :) You can also set commands to keys, so for example: setbind o "enablecheats" The above command will make it so that pressing "o" runs "enablecheats" The pipe character ( | ) will separate multiple commands in a single bind, for instance: setbind k "enablecheats | fullyrestartlevel"

Yeah, it's really annoying. WR is pretty much impossible in Any% and AGB without Bouncer, though you could still go for a good time without if you felt like it. NG+ doesn't use the Bouncer though ;)

I just got this game half an hour ago, and my PB for time attack 1 is 26.33. I see WR is 10 seconds better and I don't understand how. Is there something you unlock later?

I am writing this just after completing the DLC, and playing Score Attack, and I wanted to tell you all about the modes and how they could be set up on the leaderboards. There will be spoilers.

Episode Gladiolus: This could maybe be a sort of fullgame run? You can do a new game from the main menu for resets and such, I'll have to check if you keep the Dual Master glaive art (and the others) though.

Score Attack: The first thought I had for this would be an IL board - after each stage (trial) there is a scoreboard, which also has your IGT, though the game times down, not up, so a higher IGT is better in this case, and I'm not sure if that would be compatible with the existing IL category. Another thing is that it doesn't warp you to the same starting point after each stage (so if you defeat the boss in stage 1 while closer to the end of stage 2, your stage 1 IGT may be worse, while your stage 2 IGT would be better. I also don't think you can replay individual stages in Score Attack, meaning that to do an attempt at the last stage, you would presumably have to run through the earlier stages first. Rage and valor seem to be kept through stages, meaning you may have to do setup in the previous stage if you want the best time in the next stage. I assume that it shows a total time at the end of a full playthrough of Score Attack, though I haven't actually finished it yet...

Final Trial doesn't seem to have an IGT whatsoever, though I haven't finished it either. I imagine RTA would be used for that if it becomes a board.

Shock Ravager: if you wall-jump off a wall and hold neutral on the left stick, then use circle or R1 to repeatedly use the Shock Ravager to "re-do" the wall-jump, giving you great distance. Holding X makes you gain more height as well when doing this.

The claws are a bit more complex, when wall-climbing you want to do a high-jump, then use the claws with circle or R1, then press R2+X to do another high jump. The timing is sorta precise, if I remember correctly. For helirazoring you want to do a high-jump, then either hold neutral or very precisely forward on the left stick (holding forward gives slightly more speed, but if it's not completely forward the helirazor fails), and while doing that use circle or R1 to use the claws, then R2+X to do a high-jump, which will retain the speed if you're using the heli-pack.

I think that can also happen if you stand too far back when shooting at the door, so the Peacemaker shots explode just before hitting the door, so the things don't go throuigh.
