I want to reiterate the idea given a while ago in this thread for "Community sum of bests" for IL runs. I think it would be a very neat little thing to add and would encourage friendly competition in the community & I have been thinking about it ever since I've seen it.

Mr Bree Returning Home! A short Platformer (5 minutes) with little competition and ILs that can be done in under 10 seconds a lot of the time. Itd be awesome if more people joined our community

I don't think anything else changes in the rest of the run so only level 3 and full runs should be done on kongregate exclusively imo, as long as you dont die in the other ILs (they're identical otherwise)

Level 3 changes depending on which site so maybe that should only be played on kongregate (or maybe you can add a filter for which site you play on? I don't know)

I don't think it's necessary to have these restrictions imo, but its not a big deal

I think that just makes it easier to speedrun, not faster. While they seem the same there's no point in making the run harder for no reason imo

You could always just let people play the levels in whatever order they want for NG+, it doesn't really matter right? As long as they beat all 20 - this lets people play it reversed while competing against the proper order

There's no difference in time between it and the NG+ reverse, so it shouldn't be there imo
