Is it possible to simply archive the times rather than deleting them? Create a separate category that new runs cannot be submitted to?

It's entirely possible that they can revert the changes.

So the 4.13 patch has made two very big changes to the speedrun that might make the current times impossible to beat.

Tier 2 Tower HP increased from 2000 to 2500 Phoenix HP increased from 2000 to 3000.

This puts a minimum of another 1500 tower damage to win, and at least with the route I use, 3,000 more necessary.

The best time I can muster out of some experimentation is a 13:45. Any thoughts on whether we should split the boards based on time, delete old runs, etc?
