I've made a video as an example and guideline of what a run would look like.
I would really like to see this category added to this game, since 100 Lines is my favorite category in other Tetris games but this is my favorite Tetris game to play.
I have discovered that one of EchoRoblox's runs (https://www.speedrun.com/robloxsr4/run/zq6ej91y) is spliced. There are three pieces of evidence I have of this.
-
On the transition between levels eight and nine, a frame where he has died in level nine is visible: https://prnt.sc/ijfmc4
-
On the transition between levels twelve and thirteen, the chat message saying "{Team} You are now on the 'Level 13' team." never appears.
-
On the transition between levels 14 and 15, two frames where he has died in level 15 are visible: https://prnt.sc/ijfn3w
While the run is obsolete, I still believe it should be retroactively rejected. It is (clearly) a non-legitimate time, and should not be present on the leaderboard as though it were.
Was working on getting True Jedi on all levels (apparently I reset my memory card at some point), decided to play with a vent a little bit.
I was wondering if 100 line, 100 line (level 0 start), and 300k points could be added to the boards? These categories are also on GB and NES Tetris. They would be run in Marathon mode.
Maybe 500k could be added too (or instead of 300k)? Since the DAS counter resets much faster in this version, making higher scores much easier to obtain.
Hey all! I've been playing Shadow of the Colossus casually since around the time it came out, love the game, definitely considering speedrunning it. My question is, what's the difference (if there is one) between the PS2 and PS3 versions? I have both available to me, just wondering what (if anything) is better about one or the other.
Is it allowed to do runs on an actual GB (or in my case a GBC)? I've been playing on it a lot recently and I'd like my next run to be on there. Is the whole "webcam pointed at the screen" thing frowned upon or completely disallowed?
I've just come across this community while searching for Gameboy games to run. This is listed as a game for Gameboy, while it does not exist on that platform. It is also listed as being available on many systems such as the N64, the Dreamcast, the entire Gameboy series, and the PS2, none of which actually have this game.
Should run times be in-game timer or real-time timer? Previous runs have been run either way.
