I was wondering if I can get clarification on the timing rules for the warp tournament categories. I made a post in the main game category but didn't get any response.

Basically from what I can see starting the timer from console on (for the warp cats) doesn't make sense as you are then including the speed pool in the actual run for Nine ball RTA and the equal defense challenge for Eight ball RTA

If you want to have the warped cat only running the actual tournament it makes more sense to start it on the welcome screen then your only timing the tournament RTA or is it meant to include the arm up game to get the warp?

The snes category of the game is the only cat that has actual defined timing rules defined but may not have taken into account warp rta.

Could I have an explanation or a possible resolve as Im trying to get runs done for all the games and tournaments.

Here is the other thread.

Thanks.

In the Genesis version can you split up the categories into warp and warpless so I can submit a run for them please similar to the Snes category.

Nineball Warp Nineball Warpless Eightball Warp Eightball Warpless

That would be much appreciated thanks.

So Eight ball Warp and Warpless & Nine ball Warp & Warpless

Thanks again.

Hey,

I was wondering if we could have some updated timing rules for all the categories which are similar. Mostly for the Tournament categories because you cant start the timer from a reset in the warped categories because you cant reset the console and keep the warped status. You have to cancel after 1 rack and immediately go into the tournament (Unless I'm Mistaken.

May I suggest starting all the tournament categories on the Welcome screen after selecting tournament, nine ball and what kind of break you would like. It's the same for both eight ball and nine ball. This is also where 3 ball starts too so keeps it nice and uniform.

I know there's next to no runs on the boards but I am going to try and do a run of each category so I will do my live timing from the Welcome screen for now and submit it.

Also the Nes category needs a Nine ball and Eight ball split like the others have and I don't see a split between warped and warpless in the Genesis version.

I will try and complete a warped and warpless run of nine ball and Eight ball for all 3 consoles (snes, genesis and nes)

Thanks for all the work you mods do.

Rack em Up!
