Hey guys. I've been away from the speedrunning side of CarX for a while. Seems like some things have changed. Just trying to brush up on the rules but I don't see them anywhere. Am I just being dumb?

An AWD run has been submitted into the RWD category on St Petersburg. Easy mistake to make. Just wanted to bring it to attention.

Oh, and slightly off topic but where do the community votes happen? I didn't know about those.

First off I'm not here to complain. Wallriding is banned and that's fair enough. I'm just wondering what's going to happen with older runs. Are old runs with wallrunning now being removed? And what about old runs without video proof like on Milton Drive? They could be legit runs but without video proof there's no way to know and people would be annoyed if their runs got taken down for a rule they didn't break. I know I would. Again, I'm not complaining I just want to know what's up.

I'm not a huge fan of wallriding myself but if it's faster then people will do it to get the edge so I just accept it. The only way around it I see is to have a category for fully legit runs, i.e no wallriding, no shortcuts , no resetting to track etc. But then if people don't want to compete in both categories we'd be splitting what is already a fairly small community.
