I saw a introduction video of super launch and finally could do it once. However I can't do it again. Are there any ways to stabilize it or I just need to practice more?

The rules are as follows 1.Timing starts and ends as it does in normal any% 2.You need to kill all the enemies in Hyrule Castle (including bosses and cursed enemies) before initiate the ganon battles. How do you think about this?
